Building management

Serve the residents and the street door, without adding staff.

Two agents over the same data: one answers residents the questions the management office answers on the phone today, and the other answers the street door through the building’s phone system.

Inside a turn intercom

I have a delivery for 702.

  1. Understands Model

    reason: delivery · unit: 702

  2. Decides Rules

building policy: the agent does not settle deliveries

  3. Executes Tool

find destination unit → extension for 702

  4. Transfers Gate

transferring is irreversible: it announces and hands the call over

Putting you through to 702 so they can tell you what to do.

Trace recorded: who they said they were, which unit, and what the agent settled.

What changes in your day

The office stops answering the same three questions

The balance, this month’s fee, the statement, what the rules say and whether the barbecue is free on Saturday. The agent answers that from the system, and your people handle what actually needs a person.

The door does not depend on someone being there

At three in the morning, on a Sunday, or while the concierge is on the ninth floor: the call is answered, whoever rang is identified, and it goes to the right place.

There is a record of who rang and what happened

Every call leaves its trace: who they said they were, which unit they came for and what the agent settled. When a resident complains, there is something to answer with.

Residents ask when they remember to

Not when the office is open. And they ask on WhatsApp, which is where they already are.

Situations it already handles

  • How much do I owe in fees?

Looks up that person’s units and balance and answers with the figure from the system.

  • Send me the statement.

Sends the statement as a PDF, without anyone in the office going to find it.

  • Is the barbecue free on Saturday?

Answers about amenities and house rules, with the building’s own documents as the source.

  • I am in 702, I am expecting someone.

Finds the scheduled visit and recognizes it when the visitor arrives at the door.

  • I have a delivery to drop off.

Identifies whoever rang, checks against the building policy and transfers to the right unit.

  • I am from the cleaning company, I come every Tuesday.

Verifies the supplier and checks the visit history before settling anything.

  • Just buzz me in, they know me.

It does not open. The building policy decides, and its default is that the agent does not settle access.

What it does

Debt and fees, for the resident

Looks up that person’s units and balance and sends the statement as a PDF, without the management office picking up the phone.

Rules and amenities

Answers what the building rules say and which shared spaces exist, with the building’s own documents as the source.

The street door, by phone

Talks to whoever rings the bell, checks against the building policy and transfers the call to the right apartment.

The door has two locks

Opening is a gated action and, before that, the tool checks the building policy, whose default is that the agent does not settle it. That is why the agent decides who to route to, not whether the door opens.

What it does not do

It does not decide to open the door. It does not notify a resident unless the building policy allows it, and by default it does not. The intercom is a pilot: it runs on real calls and we are still polishing it.
